Ariele is a Principal at True focusing on product, engineering and security searches for venture capital and private equity backed businesses and Fortune 500 companies. With over seven years of executive recruiting experience and a passion for emerging technology, Ariele has built out the executive tech teams for a number of successful startups and well-established technology companies. Her recent work includes VP, GM and C-level placements for Spotify, American Express, IAC, CarGuru, Pond5, Addepar and Quartet Health.
As an active advocate for diversity recruiting, Ariele is excited to be spearheading women in technology initiatives within True’s Product, Data and Technology Practice. She has taken on a leadership role in partnering with clients to address the biases in hiring for underrepresented people in tech.
Ariele graduated with Distinction from the University of Arizona with a degree in Marketing and Management. She began her search career in 2008 during an Executing Recruiting Internship at Rice Cohen International. After graduation, Ariele spent six years learning the art and science of executive recruiting in technology at The Edens Group and Safire Partners before joining True in 2016.
